Tobacco Unmanned Sprayer Robot

Tobacco plant protection robot is a self-propelled plant protection machine for tobacco plant protection operations. In order to promote the reform of tobacco plant protection forms, the machine promotes the application of intelligent self-propelled unmanned plant protection vehicles in the tobacco field, solves the problem of labor shortage, improves operation efficiency and reduces application costs. 

Through plot planning and operation path setting, the machine can carry out autonomous unmanned operation mode in the flue-cured tobacco field. The tobacco plant protection machine can easily achieve field crossing and turning at the junction of ridges and furrows.

Through the mode of straddling operation, 3-5 rows of tobacco can be covered. The speed can reach 3.6km/h, and the maximum operating efficiency can reach 30 mu/hour.

Medicine box capacity 200L, day and night sustainable operation. The atomization effect is in the range of 100-200μm, and both the top and bottom blades can be covered.

The product adopts oil-electric hybrid design, two sets of generators each perform their duties, one group is used for vehicle walking power, the other group is used for plant protection spray, the operation is more durable.
